2023 Ringwood 400m Women's Gift

With only 2 meets left for the season, we head to Ringwood this Saturday for a rare opportunity of winning a 400m Gift. Kendra Hubbard starts as the backmarker off 10m.

Unfortunately only 19 entries here, based off previous trends we are likely heading for a straight final, but lets hope all those who have entered do run so a straight final can be avoided.

No where to hide for these girls, small field but will be a battle. I’ve gotta go with Lindstrom, she will win this. Ruby will show her fitness like she does every week. Henderson could show some toe early, however the gas tank might be empty on the home straight.
There is so much young female talent in athletics around Victoria, many of who prefer to run AV meets where they aren’t very competitive. I don’t understand why they don’t flock to pro running where they can cash checks and take sashes.
