Not sure what all the officials actually on the finish line are doing, but to turn your head in a race is a complete NO NO.
Right in front of everyone and doesnt rate a mention in the Stewards report.
Where was the Chief and his assisstants.
This is the 70m final at Henley and highlights the problems the saal has.
