How can you possibly believe anything.
Every athlete lost 1 sec going from Heat to Final.
The wonky donkey just keeps getting wonkier.
And these are the results that are in the computer , talk about a good old fashion Chook Raffle, next time if the handicapper takes the official results on board..

The Chief has to fine the whole field for handbraking
Surely someone must have questioned this when the time went up.
It will be fixed , it has to be fixed or else it affects all future handicapping.
By the way , well done Whisperer , another good pick up.

Well if its not fixed and someone submits a 9+ time for Stawell and then comes out and runs low 8 ,BEST OF LUCK.

SNIPPET FROM CHIEF STEWARDS REPORT
70m Over 35 – Final
 It has been noted by the Chief Steward that all participants in the final ran
slower times than in their heat. It is also noted they all ran greater than the
time variance tolerance. Spoke to Shane Grimwade (Handicapper) and he is
of the opinion the final’s times may not be accurate. These final times have
been declared by Kym Steer not to be used for determining any future sprint
handicap marks
For a start , No the athletes never RAN slower times , they were issued slower times.
Chief Steward should be deciding what to do about the times , with Centre Management maybe , not Kym Steer.
Problem solved , if the times are not going to be used and are incorrect , GET RID OF THEM out of the system ,and replace with NTT, not really that hard.
