Statistical questions Empty Statistical questions

Can someone much smarter than I help me out here on a couple of things:

1. With the Z-scores in SA.... am I right in saying if it is a negative, it's slower than expected, positive is faster than expected time and then if it is shaded green or unshaded its ok, yellow is outside by a standard deviation of that heat(?) and Red is out by 2? Or something along those lines...

2. Can someone please ping the VAL team and get them to return the RPM calculation on their website to distance/time = m/s as opposed to time/distance = s/m

Negative Z score means you’ve run slower than expected

Yellow - standard deviation greater than 1 but less than 2
Red - standard deviation greater than 2

Standard deviation greater than 2 is deemed to be inconsistent which if occurring over the distance only is ok but if occurring over up and down (I.e 60m - 200m) and the distance (two reds) results in a penalty

... Thanks Townsville think this is still a bit above my head especially the last point. Might just stick to the east coast where thinks are a bit simpler!
