Different target times for different meets are a joke. They are a cop out for handicappers to bamboozle everyone, as it makes it hard to chart the handicap movements. When the handicappers are not accountable for their actions by confusing everyone with extravagant movements of marks, we lose faith in the integrity of the competition.

Yep, needs to be consistent. We know why they have done it, so they can get more competing under the limit which has also gone from 12m to 14m. I guess they can get more kids and oldies to have run or so the theory goes!
