Just cant understand the handicapping for this event and this is why.

Soleri and Grant have kept their marks despite running under target time.

Jagger has gone back 65m , Richard Wade back 70m Carter back 40m
Except for Carter , a lot of names arent familiar so maybe locals.If thats the case , when numbers are filthy , its a terrible way to promote the sport in the town.
If Grant, Scoleri, Maxwell and Carter dont share the dais I will be very suprised.

Well done to young Jagger for winning the race that not many had a chance to win'
9 RUNNERS ..........11 SECONDS BETWEEN 2ND AND 3RD+
Red and White runners dont pass an athlete and trail the field for the entire race.
8th and 9th get beaten by 70 plus seconds.
What an absolute boring race to be involved in or watch.
Closer scrutiny to handicaps is required and quickly and dont want to hear , This is what we inherited.
