AA Registration
What is this talk that to be registered to run in SA, your coach has to be registered with AA?
Why should people who have no intention of competing or coaching runners in ammos be made to pay a fee to them (AA), so that they and their runners can compete in pros. It doesn’t make any sense at all. This mob have got to try and make things easier to compete, not put these extra road blocks in place. Good luck trying to get the Vic coaches to register with AA just so they can compete at the Bay. You’ll have your work cut out trying to get runners back with your rubbish system, let alone by putting other things in place like this. If you combine that with the fact the Bay Sheffield run at Glenelg Oval is not really the Bay Sheffield, then the attraction to come diminishes.

Re: AA Registration
I havent heard anything on this but I have seen the question is asked on the coaches registration form if you are a member of AA yes or no but thats it.
What is new I see is:
"In addition to this we require all coaches to undertake the Play by the Rules free online course in Child Protection (as above). Please forward your certificate to admin@saal.org.au when complete."
I assume this is because its now more like a Little A's comp?

Re: AA Registration
Guess you either suck it up and stay, or look at the alternatives that are available...Park Runs, Mile End etc
