NEW VAL PRESIDENT

We are excited to announce our new president, Matthew McDonough. Matthew has been a VAL member for over 20 years having first competed in 1998 and joined the VAL committee in 2020.  Matthew is currently a General Manager at Deakin University, a Certified Practising Accountant and Fellow of the Association for Tertiary Education Management.  With a strong background in corporate governance, strategy and innovation, Matthew along with the current committee will continue to refine and develop the strategic plan to ensure we can sustainably grow and enhance our membership experience.

We are also looking to engage with as many members as possible to help and advance our sport, more details on this and communication from our new President will be coming shortly.
