Box Hill Burn time trial for Stawell 800m!

I was under the impression from what he had been telling others on the VAL circuit that with the impending birth of his twins that Simon Fitzpatrick wouldn't be doing much pro running/training in the back end of the season as he would be to busy!

Very surprised to then see his cameo pace setting for the first 600m of the Men's A 1000m at the Box Hill Burn!! Not a bad first lap and 600m for someone to busy to train!! Although he was to busy to compete in the 800m at Doncaster over the weekend which he was a scratching for!

Add to that, he's training with North Melbourne, thinks he can make the list. If he can put his hands over his head should get a game

add to that - pulling out of the waverley 800m final on the second lap with an “injury”. Guess he’d definitely now get a spot in the North first 18.
